Description
Engage your students and challenge them to choose kindness with these print-and-go activities to supplement the book We’re All Wonders by R.J. Polacio.
We’re All Wonders is a picture book that accompanies the novel Wonder by RJ Polacio. It tells the story of Auggie, a young boy who has a disease that makes him look different from everyone else. Because of these differences he is often made fun of. But Auggie’s mom encourages him and tells him that he’s a wonder – or a special, unique boy. Auggie believes that everyone is a wonder, if you know how to look. The pages in this resource will extend your reading of this book and challenge your students to recognize that 1. They are wonders and 2. We need to choose kindness
